The general layout of this site is very professional, with good design and easy navigation links. However, the title is a little misleading because it would suggest a list of completely free services and products etc. The index page has text links across the top for other pages, while the remainder is devoted to referral links to discounted offers such as broadband, telephone services and DVDs.
