Advantages: Free stuff!! What more do you need?
Disadvantages: None!
Freebiesiteuk.co.uk is a site with links to other websites offering free samples, free gifts and discounts for people in the UK. Go to www.freebiesiteuk.co.uk/ and you end up at the home page. Click on "What's New" on the left hand side. You can also scroll down and there is a list of links on the left hand side with categories of freebies, just click on the link you wish to view the freebies for. The most recent freebies are at the top of the list. If you spot a freebie you want just click the link to it next to the description of the freebie, and the website will open in a new window. Just fill in your details and then close that window. *TIP* - visit the site daily so that you don't miss out, after a while the websites tend to run out of freebies if there has been a high demand. Since using freebiesiteuk.co.uk I have received free samples of shampoo, shower gel, face creams, moisturisers, CD's, post-it notes(!!!!!!!!!), cleansing wipes, magazines and books, dog food and many more. I have been using this website to claim freebies for a good couple of years now and have never had any problems with it. Almost all of the freebies I have requested have arrived (some haven't but I would imagine that to be because some websites have run out of freebies). The only chance you take giving out your e-mail address and/or street address is that you run the risk of getting junk mail. *TIP* - I would suggest opening a free Hotmail account (go to www.hotmail.com and click "New Account Sign Up") and using this hotmail account for junk e-mails. Most of the time when you request a freebie from the website you are asked for your e-mail address and the company offering the freebie will then send you e-mails trying to sell you their products from time to time. I have never had a problem with this as I have a hotmail account and most of these e-mails get automatically put into my "Junk" folder
anyway. But if you want to keep your personal e-mail account junk free then open a new one in Hotmail and use it purely for junk mail. I check freebiesiteuk.co.uk once a day and most days I find the site has been updated. I probably only order one or two freebies a week as I'm not interested in a lot of them, but it is still worth checking the site on a regular basis to see if any freebies have been added that may interest you.
