It used to be owned by Existem in Bristol for most the years, in 2009 the running of the site changed from Existem to VAC Media with also a change to the site design. For two years previous the site was pretty poorly run and you will find plenty of people who have had complaints about the running of the site. Hi , I've been using freefivers for a while and have made some money , but lately ,although i have over £25 i havent received a cheque and wont be getting one again this month with nearly £40 owed to me, Has anyone out there ever received a reply from contact Frankie? If so whats your secret?
I have thousands of reward points and can't claim any as they never send them. I have tried sending for a MP3 player and my requests are ignored and i have complained and never get a reply. Customer servises wake up!
I won't be using them anymore just want a nice cheque asap.

Freefivers is another cash back website that offers cash back on transactions and daily clicks. I have used this site for two years and have only had one payout and that was two weeks ago. Despite me login on everyday and doing the clicks, it hasn't earnt me very much. When you join Freefivers you get a £5 joining bonus. This isn't much compared to other cash back websites. It is easy to sign up to this site and they give you a free £5 for joining. The payout is quite high at £25. When you have reached the minimum payout then you will be sent a cheque to your address.
