Along with the previous reviewer, i have also had a forum with FreeForums.org. They are awful, when i was with them, they were a phpBB2 host and were testing phpBB3 at the time, but i moved to LunarPages paid hosting before they implemented phpBB3. There are many many stories about FreeForums.org, the founder of the company is known to have created a previous forum host, then close it, leaving thousands of forums destroyed. Anyway, while i was there. Which was for about a year and a half i think, there was A LOT of problems. FreeForums.org is a free forum host that offers free phpBB3 hosting (ad supported) and you can additionally have a blog (powered by Wordpress). I used to have a forum hosted by Freeforums.org although i was very unhappy with the service so i moved hosting for better uptime and performance and so i have more control over the forum. Luckily i did move as freeforums.org suffered a massive data loss a matter of weeks after i left and resulted in forums losing about a month of data and alot of people lost their whole forum.
