Newest Review: ... have 99.9% uptime, and their claims appear justified. As web based email goes, freeze.com doesn't really provide much out of the ordinary. The site is quite simple, but easy to use, and although lacking some of the smoothness of hotmail it does what you want, and that is gives you email. They do offer a few optional extras, like more space and forwarding but you have to pay for it. Anyway the 3mb that they give you isn't bad for simple emails. So Freeze.com, it's a pretty standard email provider, but the name is the key. ... more

I've had a problem logging in on a few occasions, once for a couple of days. I got a friend who also had an account to email them - and that's when I realised their promise to get back to you straightaway was a total pile of pants! They certainly did get back, with a load of totally irrelevant questions when a 'we had problems with our server' answer would have done. Still, no ...
