Before I start this review I must say that I haven't played any other cash bingo sites (yet) so this is not a comparison but just a review of Gala.

I don't have much interest (or money for) bingo and gambling but joined Gala as I got an email saying that if I put £5 in they'd give me another £5 and £7.50 worth of Nectar points so it seemed like a good way to make at least £2.50 and I signed up. Signing up was very easy and spending my £10 on bingo was very easy too. There games range from 1p to about 15p per ticket and you can buy as many tickets as you want but you can only see 12 at once so I tended to stick to that. My £10 went quickly and I didn't win anything but I had my Nectar points and that was the end of that.

Until I got an email from Gala saying they were having free bingo all day every day for two weeks so I went on the computer all day every day for two weeks playing the free bingo, you have to find the room that has free bingo in at that time and then they alternate the free games with 1p, 2p or 3p games obviously hoping that people will spend their own pennies inbetween the free games. The free games have up to 1000 or so people playing for prizes of between £1 and £12 except for two big games in the evening where the prizes are £50. They have not extended this free bingo indefinitely but they do change the format every now and again. I've been playing it when I'm logged on for a few months and have won a few quid for it so its worth doing if you're on the computer a lot anyway. They seem to always have a lot of promotions on so I think it would be a good site to use if you're trying to be careful with your money.

Summary: Seems a decent bingo site to me but I've nothing to compare it with
