This company is truly awful: avoid it at all costs. My experience of the service offered has been one of ineptitude, apathy and the acquisition of my money for no product delivered.
I puchased Rome TW Gold Edition for £9.99. I progressed through the secure payment procedure without difficulty and the download began. 4 seperate files had to be downloaded and these duly appeared. However, during the 3rd file download the process stopped and the download page disappeared. I went to retrive the promise e-mail from gamesplanet with the order and licence number so that I could begin the download process again. Not present in my inbox. Back to the site to request another e-mail. Not sent. After 10 attempts to generate an automatic e-mail without result I tried to contact their help/support line by phone . Constantly engaged. Sent my own e-mail, still waiting for reply after 12 days. I feel like I have been mugged and ther seems to be no avenue of redress.
