back again, as after the bulbs came with the voucher placed another order, and it has already arrived, A-ok. This all within a couple of days. Lovely quality plant, in a bright pink pot! This is the link to it. . . .

I'm sorry to everyone else, but I do feel skeptical about all these other reviews now, I've had nothing but good quality plants and service.

DO NOT TOUCH GARDENING EXPRESS WITH A BARGEPOLE!
I placed an order with them and the same day they sent an email saying my payment hadn't gone through and for me to pay again, which I did. My tree arrived, but when I checked my bank statement they had taken 2 payments. I contacted them through their stupid support ticket system, as that is the only way to get hold of them, and they told me another tree had been dispatched. I only wanted one tree! After raising numerous tickets, I am still left with 2 trees as they want me to send the other one back with me paying the postage!!! I do not trust this company to refund my money if I do send it back. They are absolute CON MERCHANTS, DO NOT USE THEM

My experience with GE was great from the beggining however that didn't last. In March I have ordered 2 palms which have been delivered to a wrong address and ever since i am chasing this issue, mainly support ticket as there is no way i could get through their phone lines. Not only that as i have contacted money claim online they have blocked my access to the account probably to stop me printing my conversations on support tickets but i have done it before so bad luck GE. I have ordered some plants from them, but they did not deliver them when they promised and when I finally got them, there were just 3 from 11 plants I had ordered. I have spent half of the day trying to talk to them, as nobody answered and finally when I managed to speak to them and they have promised to call back, nobody did. My advice is buy somewhere else. The delivery is rubbish!

Ended up after many attempts going to small claims court to retreive money. they paid up after they received the summons, lying that they had paid me before the summons was issued. DO NOT USE. They paid me to ensure that they didn't get a CCJ, but I am sure I wouldn't have got anything otherwise...
