Hello guys

I'm another one who had bad experience with gardeningexpress.co.uk. I orderd 6 plants in January. They took my money and after 2 months sent me 2 plants. Still waiting for the rest. Of course I tried to contact them but it was just impossible and now this neverending record on their answering machine. I want to contact the police although I don't know if they deal with such a problems. Anyway I found this http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/complaints.shtml and I think it would be good idea if we could all make a complaint and maybe people from Consumer Direct would do something in our case.
