Advantages: the stuff did arrive in the end

Disadvantages: weird behaviour from this company!

I just don't know what to make of these guys. They contacted me by email two days after I'd placed my order, to say there was a problem with my payment, so they couldn't send the goods, and invited me to pay again. I checked my statement and it seemed they'd already taken their money; I checked with my bank; yes, they'd definitely taken their money, the same day I placed my order! I couldn't contact them on their contact number, of course, and after reading the bad reviews on here, I thought I'd better just forget the whole thing and put it down to experience - after all, I'd only spent £20.

However, the very next day another email came saying my order had been despatched, and the day after that, it arrived, as described, all in one piece, nothing wrong with it. So I can't claim they actually ripped me off - but I don't think I'll use them again, there's just somethin too iffy about their uncontactability in the event of a query that rings alarm bells.

Summary: something's not right - don't risk it
