I've been a member of Lightspeed for around six months now and have recieved a few payouts so now feel that I am qualified to write a review on the site.

Lightspeed is another of the survey sites that you can find on the internet. It's easy to become a member and registration takes just a few minutes with a few questions. Once you are a member you recieve emails inviting you to participate in surveys that earn you points. The points can be converted into either cash, vouchers for various high street stores or vouchers for online stores.

When you get your email through it tells you how many points you earn and how long it will take you. I like the fact the fact that they email you as I tend to check my email account each day and I find it convenient to click on the link which takes to me straight to the survey after I have signed in. It's also great that they give you an approximate time that it will take because theres nothing more annoying than choosing to do a survey then realising that it's taking an awful long time and you have to go to an appointment in less than five minutes.

Most of the surveys are quite long. I think the longest I've done is half an hour and the shortest has been fifteen minutes. Just lately no matter how long they take the points that you recieve always seem to be 80 so I tend to just do the shorter surveys as it doesn't seem financially logical to sit there for 40mins and earn less than a pound.

I find the surveys quite boring to be honest although they are quite professional. Some of the surveys on onepoll have poor grammar and some of them are just ridiculous whereas Lightspeed definately doesn't have any of these problems.

I have always opted to be paid through paypal which is a quick and easy process and the money is always in my account within the week. The other thing about the way that lightspeed pay you is that you don't need to wait until you reach a certain amount of money before you take it out. You can draw from the account anytime.

My main problem with lightspeed is the qualification process on each survey. Basically you will be invited to take part in a survey but they don't know if you qualify for it until they have asked you some questions first. Sometimes I find that I sit there for ten minutes answering lots of questions then they tell me that I didn't qualify for it. It's so frustrating because this seems to happen a lot and it only takes six times to be told you don't qualify and you've wasted an hour in total! You do get put into a prize draw each time but I haven't won so far and I wonder if there is anyone out there that has.

Over all I think this survey site is one of the better ones if you actually qualify for the surveys because of the fact that you can draw out the money straight away. I think I would have given up by now if that fact wasn't there. I'd recommend that you join but as with all of these survey sites, don't expect to make millions!
