So far I have waited over 5 hours for a proof copy of the photo I submitted on the strength of the review I found here, but have received no more than an order reference. As I want the print for a birthday on 1st August, I e-mailed the company, but so far have not received a reply. I decided to use the phone link on the acknowledgment - it's a Skype number for which I need credit. Then I tried to ring them using the landline. They are not accepting calls.

Not impressed so far. If they don't work weekends they should state this clearly instead of asking customers to wait patiently for four hours.

A good friend of mine is an avid semi-pro photographer who excels at shooting distracted passers by and breath taking scenes from around the City of London.
