... However, when it comes down to it, if something goes wrong with your order you know your going to have to listen to some blooming idiot on the phone who has no idea what your saying and probably doesn't even speak your language properly.

The person on the other end of the phone was English and the most helpful and polite customer service person I have ever spoken to. As soon as I explained my problem that the box of seed had burst they explained clearly and WITHOUT question that they would send another box out right away and for my trouble I can keep the current box of seed!

I received the new box of seed THE NEXT DAY. Quality seed, quality prices and excellent customer service. I have used go4grasseeds ever since for all my garden needs simply because I trust them completely, they have never let me down. Even when there has been problems with orders those problems are sorted with a 5 minute phone call and an extra day or two waiting time.
