My sister sent me a referral for my first Graze box about six months ago. It sounded like an interesting idea and I like healthy eating so I thought I 'd try them. For £2.99 a week I can have an indulgent box of mainly healthy goodies delivered to my door, or in this case to my office. You sometimes get the first box at a reduced price (£1 in my case) depending on the current offer.

Before you make you first order, you fill in a questionnaire about your likes and dislikes, you leave the rest to them. I don't know which I like best the surprise of finding out what is in my box, or actually eating the selection of healthy treats. Each week the box contains a different selection of treats. They range from Chocolate covered Brazil's to Macadamia nuts, from dried Cranberries to Pineapple chunks and portions of Grapes.

The selection varies according to what is in available and what the circumstances are. When there is a problem, the Graze Box team sorts it out straight away. For example when there was a postal the box contained only dried fruits and nuts. On another occasion some of the fresh fruit had gone mouldy due to a delay in the delivery, they replaced the whole box straightaway.

This service is highly recommended.
