Advantages: Count towards your 5 a day (see the apple logo on the products)
Disadvantages: Expensive
I hadn't heard of Graze until I read a review about it on here, and for anyone else who hasn't heard about it, they are an online company who deliver healthy snacks to customers doors.
Getting started was pretty easy, firstly you need to choose a nibbles box or a fruit box, both cost £2.99, then a nutrition plan (if you want one) followed by your delivery day(s).
Next put your details onto the website (you'll need to give payment details, although your first box is free and the second half price if you use the code 6N7G8KD), you can also have a different delivery address if you want to (if you prefer delivery to be to your workplace).
You can select things to include as favourites to have more frequently (for me it was things that contained chocolate buttons, I know not healthy!), you can also exclude things you don't like so you never recieve them.
I opted to recieve my box on a Wednesday, so was a little dissapointed that my first box didn't arrive until Thursday. It arrived in perfect condition in a cardboard box and contained 4 snacks (golden nut almonds, chocolate almonds, chocolate with raisins and wasabi peanut crackers). The only item I didn't like was the wasabi peanut crackers but hubby ate them. Each plastic container had around 45g inside so that works out to 75p each, i'm not sure it would really be worth paying this each week for such a small amount.
I would recommend having the free trial and half price second box but after that I would use their cancel at any time policy and cancel.
Summary: Give the free trial a go, code: 6N7G8KD
