I have never really heard of Graze before but someone gave me a code to get a free box so I thought I would try it out. It says you can cancel at any time so I thought I would get one free then cancel it, but after receiving it I am considering keeping it going.

Graze is a company that delivers healthy food to your workplace for a great price. Being a vegetarian and liking healthy food I really struggle to find good quality healthy food on the industrial estate where I work, and I find making lunch boxes a real bore, so this is great for me.

Their website enables you to join up very quickly and easily. You simply chose what type of box you would prefer. There are 2 options. A nibble box which includes 4 packets of general healthy snack food sweet and savoury, or a fruit box which contains just fresh and dried fruit. Both boxes cost just £2.99 and can be delivered weekly. It comes through the post to the address you choose. I had it come straight to my office, which is great. I chose the nibble box as I wanted the savoury snacks too. You can also choose the delivery day that suits you best.

When you sign up, you do have to add your card details, in case you forget to cancel it, and they will take the money from that card but only after a box has been delivered.

The website is extremely easy to navigate and signing up takes minutes, I was really impressed. You just create a password and you then use that with your email address to log in and manage your account.

The box I have just received not only looks great, the food is amazing quality and I quite like the variety of options in there.

When you have created your account, you can view all the products that they will potentially send you, and you have the option to rate them, so you can tick things that you don't like and they will never be sent. They also suggest rating the food once you have tried it so that you get things you love on a more regular basis. A great idea, especially if people have allergies to certain products, or you are just a bit fussy.

The actual box they end the items in, is recyclable, and in the box was also a napkin and a little stick to eat things like olives with, very handy!

They sent me an email to tell me the box was on it's way the evening before I received it, and after that I could log in and see what they were sending me, I quite like the element of surprise at not knowing what you are going to get until it's in the post.

I am really pleased with this service and would recommend anyone who works in an office and likes healthy food to give it a try. The code in this review entitles you to a free box, so why not try it! I would highly recommend it.
