Author Name: honest consumer
Advantages: Employing lots of people
Disadvantages: Calorific, loads of packaging
I definitely get the feeling that Graze must be employing an army of people to write positive reviews about their snack boxes. I got my free trial this morning and was totally underwhelmed. It positions itself as being really healthy but I'm sure that there was a lot of fat and calories in these snacks - bombay mix is so fattening and flapjacks too. Dried fruit too is high in calories and often not so nutritious as the real thing. There's a lot of packaging for a few little snacks. It would be far more eco friendly and healthy to have a piece of fruit or bring a few crackers to work in a sandwich bag. I must admit it seems quite cheap considering the amount of packaging and postage, plus the sheer number of people working for them, but I wouldn't buy any one of the 4 snacks I was given for 75p which is what they cost. Their website makes it v hard to find how to unsubscribe for their boxes.
Summary: It might appeal but don't kid yourself this is healthy
