In 1929, Botwell Mission Football Club changed it's name to Hayes F.C. So, logically, I named this site, which is dedicated to everything Hayes, The Botwell Missionary. It's not endorsed by the club, but as there is no official site, it's currently the only place to get reliable (and dodgy) information about Hayes Football Club. It first appeared in December 1997, as a direct result of there being nothing about Hayes on the 'net. As all but one of the other Conference clubs did have something to offer, I decided to redress the balance.
