I started using Heart Internet to host a friends site that I had built, and then started using it to host a website at work. I have now moved my own domain over and am rebuilding my site with css and php as a learning experience. What does it cost? There are 3 levels of account - Starter Pro which works out at £2.49pm / Home Pro at £8.99 a month (the one myself and work use) / Business Pro £10.75pm. Irritatingly I couldn't find a way to pay my £8.99 monthly so had to pay upfront for the year with a card which irritated me, but it's still cheaper than my old provider. What does Heart Support? Our company has been using Heart Internet's Reseller package for the last couple of months and we're pretty impressed with it so far. We pay around £30 per month (+VAT) to host unlimited websites - which is good for us as we currently have over 50 clients on our books. Once logged-in, you can use the control panel to quickly add new hosting accounts. Creating mailboxes and databases is an absolute doddle, each only taking a matter of seconds to set-up.
