Advantages: fast internet access, choice of films, good back up

Disadvantages: Some oinstallation problems

i initially experienced problems with the installation - appointments not fulfilled on about three occasions. when the installation eventually happened, i was told there would be problems because my computer was located upstairs and the TV downstairs.

When i complained about the installation, i was provided with immediate assistance and two very helpful engineers made the necessary modifications and I can now enjoy the full service.

The computer link is excellent and has saved me considerable time accessing pages etc. The TV service, particularly as regards
films, is better than i had envisaged. the programmes available are nit "must sees" but cna be useful when one has a spare half hour.
The picture quality is not perfect but good enough. The system is fairly easy to use and I use it more than i imagined i would.
