I've been very pleased with my time with Home of Research. I started with them whilst I was at university for some extra money-this site pays out in money only. I got about 50 points for joining and then extra points for each of the sections I answered questions on, cars, travel, personal, medical etc. I was soon gaining points, but struggled when I should have a payout-do I wait and watch it grow or do I go for instant gratification and take out money as soon as I hit £20. Home of Research ---Not the true home of research !!! In the quest of making extra quid I am always in hunt of new survey sites. I joined home of research around 6 months ago. This allows you to give your views on products and services and awards you points which you can exchange for cash. I did sign up and got some brownie points (around 50 points for registering) ...Good start but then it almost dried out when home of research went for a make over. Initially I was getting three to four surveys per month and got some points. However I feel the threshold is bit too high. You'll receive survey invites via email .Once you click the link ... Home of Research is yet another survey site that pays you for completing surveys online. This allows you to give your opinion and express your views on products and services and be rewarded for your time in points which you can exchange for cash. This is probably one of the most popular survey sites and definitely one of my favourites. Anyone can join Home of Research as long as you are at least 16 years old and live in the UK. You receive 50 points just for signing up. Once you are signed up, on the My Homes page you can complete as many of the 22 specialist mini panels as you like, which are on a range of different topics. This will help to let Home of ... I signed up to Home or Research about a year and a half ago. You have to fill in a quick form to sign you up, just all your details so really easy. Once you have signed up you have some surveys waiting for you to complete and you do get points for them. They are just quick surveys so they get to know your personality and what surveys would be suitable for you. Then all you do is wait...... Emails will be sent to you for available surveys they think would suit you. On the email it will tell you how many points you will be credited and roughly how long the survey will take you to complete. You usually get 50-300 points. They also do online discussion ... Home Of Research rewards users for completing surveys, a typical survey offers around 100pts worth £1 (this is high compared to other sites) and you can cash out once you reach £20. Surveys are normally conducted for marketing purposes so they are about products: not as interesting as YouGov's political slant. Surveys were sent quite frequently but recently they have been slowing down and are fully subscribed within minutes. Most surveys are reasonably quick and I have never been asked to do any writing. There is an annoying tendency to be told you are ineligible for a study after you are already about 20% though. There are some good ... Read the complete review
