Disadvantages: Terribly slow site

I dont understand Ladbrokes betting site.
When you log onto it, (and if you have audio) you hear a man say " for tax free betting on horses dog and other sports, go now to www.ladbrokes.com".
Well, pardon me but the site is at .co.uk not .com!!! I know because when I try and access my account at .com, it tells me I dont exist!
They really have to sort this out.
Its handy having an online account though. It means I can sit there on a Saturday afternoon with Channel 4 on and the internet and gamble to my hearts content!
Simple. No bookies needed. no smoky offices full of old men.
Just the comfort of my Living room whilst I cheer on my horse or watch it lose dismally!
The site itself is very VERY slow! I have never seen a site be this slow. I know it has a lot to handle but they really need to upgrade. The results pages never appear. You might as well wait for the results in the paper the next day.
I need this for a quick flutter but they would make more money with a quicker site so that they dont lose punters to their customers!
