Advantages: Quick , easy and free
Disadvantages: Spam / junk mail can be a big issue sometimes
I have used Hotmail since I started using a computer, I started using the internet on a computer from about the age of 14 onwards, and I had my first email on Hotmail. Since then I've had 4 different accounts because I got bored with signing up to different websites and receiving far too much junk mail.
In the last year or so, I started up a London Black Cab Company (I won't say which one as I don't know the policy of naming certain companys, especially your own, on here) I deal with a lot of my work related emails using both my websites emails address Mitchell / Admin / Bookings @ XXXXXXXXXXXX.co.uk and also using the Hotmail LIVE.co.uk email address for different things.
I've yet to fail to log into Hotmail , every time I've gone to log in , I've never had an issue with the website being down or anything , the junk filter isn't the best , but for a free email account , it's pretty good going .
I've only had 2 issues with emails not coming though over the last 7 years and both times the support group were spot on a and had it sorted within the hour of me emailing them .
Anyone after a quick, easy to use, free email address should defiantly get a Hotmail account
Summary: Worth getting , even if its just to send all your junk stuff too .
