Recently having moved, I decided to use this site to get in contact with various service providers to set up new accounts and give my billing details. I shouldn't have bothered. The idea is that rather than have to contact each company or organisation individually, you fill in details on Ihavemoved and they do the whole thing for you. Sounds simple and easy in theory, but in practice, their site is the least navigable I've ever come across. As someone who uses the internet every day for a range of services, I found this to be totally infuriating.
