Advantages: Per stock discussion boards & good knowledge base
Disadvantages: Erm, occasional pop-up adverts

I've been using the Interactive Investor International Site for well over a year & although I've tried other sites, I keep coming back to this one.
You can do all the thing in III that you can with other Investor sites (ie. quotes -15min delayed, news, mutilple stock portfolios, charting etc) & it has a very good knowledge base for financal information (not just stocks).
There is a subscription charge for the premium information such as real time quotes and full company fundamentals but I find that I really don't need that - I don't think that it would be worth it.
The best bit I like about it and why I would recommend it is that it has a simple layout & the discussion boards. I bookmark my portfolio page & from there can quickly access all information about my stocks.
By far the best feature is the integration of discussion boards for each stock. With other site you end up searching the disscussion forum & then weeding out the illrelavant messages. With III you simply click on 'Discussion' (which also hilights new messages) and up pops all the gossip on that stock! This can be by far the best way of finding out information on the company you're interested in.
You can rate peoples messages & anyone who posts offf-topic, rude, of trys to advertise can be quickly removed via the neibourhood watch scheme. You can view a users entire history of comments which, along with ratings, can help determine the reliability of the user - as well as his/her other interests.
Also, form your porfolio you can directly access the graphing tools for each stock as well as company news. You can find out what stocks are held by other members who also hold your stock & there is a good buy/sell opionion poll.
Bad points....
Well the discussion boards, particularly on some stocks are starting to suffer a bit from rampers & pointless arguing between members

Also, just recently a few advertising pop-ups are beginning to appear, although very occasional, I do not like this form of revenue as it's irritating.
Overall a very good site.
