Advantages: Huge library of films, very informative, trailers of upciming films, easy to use

I seem to have a terrible memory when it comes to remembering actors and actresses and furthermore and this is especially frustrating when you see a particularly good performance and wish to see what else they have done. Now of course wikipedia can sometimes help in this regard but it doesn't always provide that much information.

The site claims to be the earths biggest movie database and given the huge catalogue of movies, this appears to be completely accurate. In fact the library of films is that immense that you could seemingly be immersed in this for days on end an only ever see a fraction of the sites content. However going back to the opening paragraph, you can search for a particular film, which will then provide you with a list of information including the cast of the film and from there you can further search and learn about the previous roles and films which the actor or actress has starred in.

In addition to their past films, if they are scheduled to appear in a soon to be released film, you will also be offered a little insight into the type of role they play as well as a little caveat about the film itself. To further underpin this, the website also provides trailers on lots of upcoming films also which if you are anything like me, leads to me noting down the film and either opting to see it at the cinema, or waiting until it becomes a rental.

There is enough information on this website to keep even the most die hard of fans completely entertained and for those who like to find out about the more obscure titles, then look no further than this. This is an excellent information tool and provides almost too much information but that is no bad thing.
