Newest Review: ... as they had been out at the time of delivery. No sign of the other items. I emailed indiangiftsportal.com asking what had ... more  ... gone wrong ESPECIALLY after I had stressed that it was important the items were delivered on time - three hours later I got a brief email saying “We just enquired. Delivery was attempted but premises were closed. Please be assured we shall attempt the delivery again and shall deliver ASAP”, there was no hint of an apology in the email.
I was able to track the order and dropped a query to the delivery courier who replied saying “Dear Sir , Thank you for writing into us, Please be informed that said shipment is ...more |

Recently this site screwed up my order. They show pictures of very nice flower arrangements with baskets on their website. I ordered one of those with pink roses -- and what was received was just bunch of pink roses with some bad looking green leaves bunched together in some sticks (so called basket and fillings). It appeared like the florist might never had made any flower arrangement.
Also my order had some chocolate gift hampers shown on the website -- and what was delivered was just some ordinary dairymilk chocolate bars. When I wrote to them about this, no response or apology.
I would rate this 1 out of 10 (just for sending something on the occasion at my relatives place in India).
It looked pretty bad on me in fact -- this gift was there to represent me and these guys screwed up that.
