I am beginning to wonder if there are any ISP’s available that deliver a high level of service. From a personal viewpoint redhotant was appalling, and AOL is very average. I was talking with a friend who is a computer expert and after deliberating and investigating ISP for several months decided to sign up for BT Surftime complimented with Intensive Networks Tariff Free Dial-up.
