I'm afraid this has got to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I ordered a Camera as a present for my Mothers 70th birthday (in stock) on a Monday, apparantly too late for next day delivery, but was assured it would be delivered on the Wednesday. After my wife spent the whole day in waiting, I telephoned the company to find out where the camera was only to be told that they had not even sent it. You'll get your camera, but don't expect any after-sales service from this bunch of cowboys. The camera they supplied was faulty (Ricoh RR1). I contacted ICD who advised me to send it straight to the repairers. Eight months later they still hadn't returned the camera, and wouldn't give me a straight answer as to what they were doing about it. I asked ICD to assist, as after all, they sold me the camera. ICD said they would look into it and get back to me... three times. I heard nothing. Ten months later and I was fed up - I wrote to ask for a refund...twice. Did they reply?
