Advantages: Wide Range of Goods on Offer, Wide Range of Ways to Get Points, Its Free!
Disadvantages: Takes A While To Acumulate Points, Not Many new Ways To Get Points
Ipoints.co.uk is an Internet site that offers you points for various things. The points can be earned by purchasing items such as CD's, books etc. That is not the only way in which they can be earned you can also get points for signing up for casino and bookies (read the small print as some do carry catches, but some give you points for free!). You can also get points from filling in surveys, basically there is a wide range of ways in which you can earn points, and most of all its free! Here is a list in the ways in which you can earn ipoints Books CD's, Films, Games Surveys and Competitions Computer and Electrical Casinos Business and Education Communications Finance and Utilities Betting Travel and Entertainment Shopping and Fashion Home and Insurance Gifts and Goodies Food and Drink Each of these sections has specific retailers and certain amount of points that you can gain. It would take too long to describe each one as each section has up to 12 different retailers. You can also convert your dooyoo miles into ipoints at an exchange rate of 10,000miles to 100 ipoints. Which is not to bad if you have a great reader base, which unfortunately I don't at the moment! But I am working on it! Luckysurf.com is also a web based lottery site that you can join and try and win ipoints although I have not won any yet fingers crossed, let me know if any of you have won any points or am I wasting my time?! These points can the be redeemed to purchase specific items such as: Books, Music, Films, Games Gadgets & Gizmo's Home Entertainment Travel Gifts & Goodies Days Out The point system is pretty straightforward with each item having a set cost of points. A CD for example is 175 points. The choice is only from Bol.com and must be under 12.99 however. There is also a bargain basement CD selection that only cost
100 points and the top 20 chart CD's are 150 points. DVD's are 275 points and computer games 250 points. Obviously the more expensive the item the more points that it is going to cost. For example I am currently trying to get a PS2, but that will cost 2950 points, so a long way to go yet. You can help by reading my reviews and then I convert my dooyoo miles if you like! Go on please! The points do take quite a while to build up, but as you are getting them for free it is just an added bonus. You do not get that many points for buying things it is mainly signing up for casinos etc that offer the big points. For example buying a CD from Cdwow.com will only get you 2 points. Not a great deal unless you buy lot of CD's. Where as signing up for a casino like Intercasino for example will get you 600 points just for depositing $25, so they are trying to entice you with the more risky offers. If you are tempted by the casino offers be careful, as a previously mentioned. They have terms and conditions that can restrict you cashing your money out before you have wagered a specific amount. Believe me I have checked. The betting offers are quite good as they also offer free bets etc on some. I did these over the world cup and managed to gain I bit from the bet and also collect the ipoints, nice! I have also just applied to get the ipoints credit card, which will hopefully start to bring in the points. At the moment you get 200 points when you first use the card and also get 1% back in ipoints on all credit card transactions. I think that means 1 point for every £1 spent! The card has no annual fee and quite competitive rates so I might be using it quite a lot! The site is very easy to navigate and is well worth signing up for, as it is free and you will get something for free out of it. I have added to my CD collection with my points. I just look at the offers when I am bored or have some spare time and surf the web,
if you are the same you might as well sign up and get paid for it, kinda! Not much more that I can say about the site apart form check it out and see if it is for you. Hope you founds this helpful and start racking up the points! The address is ipoints.co.uk There is also another site called mypoints.co.uk, that is similar and I will try and write an op on it in the near future. If you would like to know more please fell free to contact me.
