Advantages: good variety of rewards

Disadvantages: rewards are not really "worth" it.

ipoints is a site where you can earn points for shopping through them, and exchange these points for gifts or vouchers.

~~~SITE LAYOUT~~~
The site is quite easy to navigate. Whilst the pink and blue do not go together, it is an accceptible colour scheme. The tabs at the tops and sides will help you navigate, whilst there is also a search bar at the top.
I found that the front page was just too crowded and slightly confusing, and it always takes me a while to find where I need to be going.
Also, my member area was ambigious and I didn't know where to look for My Favourites section... as it did not say where to look after adding a product to "favourites".
~~~RANGE OF SHOPS AND PRODUCTS; AND USABILITY~~~
The site contains a range of online stores, and most big ones are available for you to collect points on. My favourites are play.com, GAME and Amazon.co.uk, although very many are on there, including very small ones.

You are meant to shop through ipoints, but for most stores you are just redirected to the store homepage, where apparently by checking out it automatically registers... I tried this on numerous occasions and it was NOT so... Had to contact ipoints several times to sort points out, and even then DID NOT receive my points!!!

~~~REWARDS~~~
They have quite a large catalogue of rewards, ranging from CDS, DVDs, Magazine subscriptions, vouchers, toys and many more! Even lunchboxes and some mini keyring toy gadgets are also available...
I personally have received a few CDs and DVDs from ipoints, although they cost ALOT of points, and for the effort and proportional relativity to cash, it is NOT worth it.
A DVD (those old ones that can be found on Amazon for around £2) costs around 2000 whilst an AMAZON £30 voucher is 8000 points!!
~~~OVERALL~~~~
I am only gaining points through answering polls and surveys on here. I do not shop through ipoints it is too much of a hassle for too little a reward, and the process is slow and labourous. Any reward I DO get from this will be a bonus...

I would recommend this site to those who regularly shop online and who will generate alot from this site, although rewards are not amazing, and I personally think are NOT worthwhile compared to other sites.

However, I recognise that many people do love the site and can get alot of points in short periods of time...

Summary: cant be bothered with this as much as other sites
