My recent money owing has not been paid.
Can't get to the site properly.
Don't understand it now.

We all like to earn a little extra cash whenever we can so I thought today I’d write about this site. I first joined it pays to learn way back in 2000 and like all reward sites you imagine your going to make lots of money quickly. The thing is your never going to get something for nothing and with all reward sites you do lots of work for a tiny amount. There's a little bit of a "learning curve" with this one, but it's well worth the effort. I've made over $200 in the last couple of months from accepting offers, taking quizzes (the fun part), and reading e-mails (a little boring but it's fast). There's also a "gold membership" and referral program, so pretty much something for everyone. BTW, they have recently made some big improvements. PayPal payouts happen as soon as you reach $0.50 in your account, and you get paid for your referral's and AADR's (a referral that IPTL gives you as a bonus for accepting offers) whenever they take a quiz or accept an offer. ItPaysToLearn.com is a quiz based website that awards its members for taking quizzes. Before 6th January 2003 itpaystolearn.com would pay it's members in cash and was a great way of making a bit of extra money while having fun and learning things in the process. Being a college student for the summer, I'm always in need of a way to waste time for a few minutes. When I stumbled upon ItPaysToLearn, I realized that I had found a great site. Now, I do get paid, but I don't expect to make much money. Here's how it works: You take quizzes and get points based on how well you do. You will get at least 10 points for every quiz. A perfect score will get you 30 points for an easy quiz, 40 points for an intermediate quiz, and 50 points for a difficult quiz. (You get 2, 3, or 4 points for correct answer.)
