javascripts.comNewest Review: ... to web authorers. The actual address where all the scripts are located is javascript.internet.com although javascript.com is a 'front page' linking to the site. The website contains 835 different scripts. They are all listed alphabetically, on individual pages, or can be reviewed in one long list, although it takes ages for the page to download if you select that option. The site also offers a search facility, although I don't find it very 'smart' in finding what I want. The best part of this site is, once you have found the script you are looking for from within the long list of different ones, is the page dedicat... more |

I use Java Script quite regularly when requested to add dynamic effects and facilities on to web sites that I design by my clients. Although I have quite a large collection of scripts on my hard disk, quite often it is neccessary to go out on a search for a particular one you may not have yourself. Javascript.com is part of the internet.com webmaster's portal, offering a wide range of tools to web authorers. This site has helped be considerably during the creation of a few sites. The layout of the site makes it very easy to find the right script for what you want, or if you don’t know what you want then the right script for updating your page, by listing the most popular, then by category. It is a simple design yet very professional, with add banners that do not get in your way and there are not too many. There is a large range of scripts available and the majority work perfect and are very helpful. They are all sorted into categories and you can search through the best 10 as well. The scripts are very easy to apply to your site, with the cut and ... Read the complete review

Java-scripts can make websites come to life if used properly and it the right context. However creating your own scripts is a tricky business, even for a professional. One flaw in the code and you can forget about the script working. Even the most simple of scripts can soon become a coding nightmare... Ok, so what if there was a resource where you could think of pretty much any java-script, e.g. to do image pre-loads, mouseovers or any other manner of java script actions and you could have it free of charge! Well Javascripts.com is one such resource. Perfect for any level of website builder (beginner or professional) to quickly cut ... Read the complete review

If like me you want the best for your website but your knowledge of html and javascript is somewhat limited. You should give javascript.com the once over. If you are looking for menus, clocks, games, buttons to name a few then this site has got it. With over 700 free java scripts which can be cut and pasted into your site with no associaed advertisments or banners, then this site is a must. Just look up the type of feature you want and then scroll down to the various 'programs'. Most of them give you a preview of what the scripts do and you can the cut and paste to your hearts content. After you've collected all your serious stuff ... Read the complete review

Pop ups, alerts, tracking, counters, mouse overs, you name it they pretty much have it. This place has over 7000 scripts! Most are submitted by members ( who can be anyone ). I have used this site many times in that desperate hour when nothing else has worked. And has helped me about 90% of the time. There are so many scripts here that you can get lost very easily. The drawbacks about this site is the categorizing...it uses a search engine so not everything is always where it should be. You also have to sign up to be able to use scripts frmo them, which is very painless....about 3-4 minutes of your time on you are on your way. But there are many good things in this site ...
