About twelve months ago, a campaign was initiated by the great and the good of the pop world which was determined to cancel the many trillions of pound which the third world owed to the first in a campaign called Jubilee 2000. Now, I don’t know about you, but where have those people gone? Not only is third world debt still to be cancelled, but the key proponents of this worthy cause are nowhere to be seen.
