I had a problem with a tumble drier and justanswer.co.uk seemed a good place to ask a question and get a quick answer from an expert. The con was that the £11 initial payment was charged to my credit card immediately without invoice and not on receipt of a satisfactory answer as implied on the web page dialogue. No answer was received and I have since renewed the tumble drier and informed justanswer.com that the question is no longer relevant and requested an immediate refund. This has not been forthcoming and the initial account email set up with justanswer.com is no longer recognised so I would need to re-register and forfeit another £11 by asking another question to progress the issue. Instead to save further time wasting and hassle, I have requested my credit card company to place the transaction in dispute for chargeback.

i used just answer when my washing machine broke and "the washer man"replied straight away it cost £11.00p and he went through all the things i had to do it took awhile but he was very good and had my machine working again it would have cost alot more to get a repair man out to look at it.i was very happy with the service.i paid through paypal as it is very secure and it cost you nothing to join that way nobody gets your card details so they cant take multiple payments

BE CAREFUL WITH JUSTANSWER.COM I used Just Answer.com and was actually happy with the answer. Some "expert" in India helped me convert some files that no longer had any supportive software to be found. BUT, Just Answer is still charging me. After 3 months, I am still seeing credit card transactions that I did NOT approve. BE CAREFUL. Yes, the experts might know things, but the business of this company is SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, I am not even able to access my account on there at all, and I can not get anyone to help me, unless I pay more money. I am owed a refund from them!

Just answer is a website where you can submit a question and experts will answer your question. Justanswer.com ripped me off for $28 and $15 for two questions that I did not accept. I got an immediate refund on my Wells Fargo debit card for one but for the other that I put on a Visa account I have to file a written claim. I'll get my money back eventually, but the site lies when it says you don't pay unless you accept their answer. Don't fall for this scam! They get one star only because I can't give them zero stars.

I asked a question of just answer and was promised a response. When one did not arrive I questioned this and got an apology and that someone would answer my question very ssoon. I would not trust these people. I asked a question and was told it had high priority, the web site says that most questions are answered within 1 hour, after 3 hours I got concerned that the site might be a scam. after 5 hours I instituted a dispute with Pay Pal to either get a response or get my cash back. Just over half an hour later the answer appeared!! but justanswer said Pay Pal had recalled the cash and I must pay again to release the answer. Pay Pal say it has been paid and is lying in justanswer's account and has not been recalled. Justanswer won't respond to e-mails or talk to Pay Pal. This may well be a scam.

I have a question in now and have used this service before for an automotive question, which is what I have now. I was very impressed with the service last time as the mechanic not only answered my question and got it right. He also sent me schematics showing where the part was that needed to be replaced. When I took this and the part to my mechanic to be replaced he asked where I got this from. I told him and I told him it was a great site. He told me he couldn't guarentee that this would work even though he had just told me the same thing was needed before I handed him the diagram and the part. I told him no problem install it anyway. I needed some quick information. Found their site, paid $15, posted a question, waited two hours, and received nothing.Their website won't load pages anymore, won't refresh the 'waiting room', and no one is available to take my call.Totally not worth the stress (ill pet) and aggravation.

Just Answers.com is not a panacea. However it is excellent. What other reviewers are not telling you is that 90% of the experts on line are degreed professioanals with years of experience in their professions and avocation. these people stole my money! they did not send ANY answer to my question. i got scammed! internet thieves preying on people like myself who cannot afford to take their car to a repair shop. i'm on disability social security and my wife is a stroke victim.i need what little money i have to stay alive and i make the mistake of getting hooked up with thieves.
