Not very impressed with KC-inks; made 2 orders recently; first one, the (3rd party) cartridge was faulty and although KC-inks agreed to replace it, I had to pay the return postage which they refused to refund.
Now I have a faulty ink jet cartridge on my latest order and they don't even bother to reply to my emails!

This has to be the best internet site I've dealt with. The price for C62 cartridge is 1/6th 'normal' cost. There's a miniscule loss of depth but for this price it's irrelevant. Contact address and telephone clearly given for any problems. I've used them twice now. First time ordered evening and package arrived (free postage) day after next. Second time I ordered at 15:00. I have been using this on-line supplier for my ink cartridges for about 18 months and have not had any problems whatsoever. I have ordered about 3 or 4 times from them and each visit has seen me conclude my order within a couple of minutes. As soon as you visit the homepage you are asked to type in the make and model of your printer and you will be presented with a choice of different kinds of products available. If your printer is not found you can search by manufacturer to find it, or another printer which is compatible.
