I have been using KC-Inks for a number of years now and would recommend them any time. Go to the web site, type in your printer model and away you go. Good choice of original and compatible cartridges at excellent prices - why pay for originals with compatibles as good as these! Also available in multipacks with some really good savings to be had. Excellent customer service too - just had an extremely rare problem with a cartridge, filled in the contact form and a new one on its way to me the next day. Delivery service also excellent - the price displayed is the price you pay - next day delivery that is - never failed - and included in the price. Give them a try!

Not very impressed with KC-inks; made 2 orders recently; first one, the (3rd party) cartridge was faulty and although KC-inks agreed to replace it, I had to pay the return postage which they refused to refund.Now I have a faulty ink jet cartridge on my latest order and they don't even bother to reply to my emails!

Terrible customer service - Advantages: Prompt delivery - Disadvantages: Send out faulty cartridges and charge customer cost of returning them, Sales manager aggressive, Managing Director ignores letter

This has to be the best internet site I've dealt with. The price for C62 cartridge is 1/6th 'normal' cost. There's a miniscule loss of depth but for this price it's irrelevant.
