The site enables you to sell tips online either by allowing people to phone you for information or by you uploading a .wav file of your spoken tip. You earn money each minute a person listens to your advice. Also you can charge for email advice so if you know how to solve Baldurs Gate 2 for example you can sell this through the site. All in all a novel new way of earning moeny for your knowledge.

It should also be noted that a caller is rerouted via Keen to your phone so your phone details are never given out. Keen takes 30% of your call revenue.
