King Jackpot Website
On surfing over too this website you are greeted with bright and cheerful colours, obviously designed like this to make you stay there as long as possible and spend money. The main page has lots of information on it including a glimpse of any special offers i.e. refer a friend etc. It's always worth looking at these offers before you sign up as some may be relevant too you. All games on this site are played in current live time. I really think the site could benefit from some music on the main page and it is relatively boring, especially if you're new to the site and want to spend time reading.
Why choose this site
To be honest the only reason I choose this particular site over any of the others is because as work colleague recommend me too it. At this point she just told me the site and I surfed along there, if I had known about the refer a friend at the time I would have used that. I asked my friend why she recommended this site over others "Because its bright, easy to use, navigation is easy and its fun"
Registering
I was shocked how easy this was to be honest; I really thought the site would be making it hard to register. But after a few simply clicks I was at the join page
Entered me email address - Clicking the next button you're then asked to download the Kingjackpot software, if you do not download this you are not able to complete the registration. The download taken a matter of seconds. You will then have another screen pop up before your very eyes which will request your personal information in addition to your preferred screen name. Hitting the register button will complete the process and you will receive a confirmation email usually instantly this will have all your registration detail on it.
Registration is far too easy in my opinion - I think as a responsible site you should be making it a little more time consuming to register, or even a delay which would have you waiting 24hrs to play. I think if this site along with others then many people would seriously think about joining a gambling site.
Depositing
Sounds like something you would do in the toilet, well to be honest that's what you're doing with your money here, throwing it away. This site will allow you to use most major debit and credit cards to "Top up" your account. I used my visa debit card to credit my account with £10 to which the company placed another £10 in my account as an added bonus. I was very concerned to see that Kingjackpot accepted solo as a method of payment, as my 16 year old sister has that card! Would she be able to join a gambling site? So for the purpose of this review I asked the company. See below
You are now chatting with 'Bingo'
Bingo: Hi I am Hostess Lily, How may I assist you?
You: Hello - Do I read correct that you except Solo as a method of payment?
Bingo: Yes that is correct.
You: Can you tell me what checks are in place to ensure the card user is over the age of 18?
Bingo: Could you please be more specific?
You: Ok, when someone joins your site, and uses a solo card to deposit funds. How do you know there over 18 years old? As presently UK banks offer this card to under 18.
Bingo: You have to be over 18 to register for an account on our sites.
You: I understand that, so do you just depend on what the new user says.
You: Do you not do checks, i.e. when someone uses a credit card it's safe to assume there over 18. But when a solo card is used this could in fact be a child
Bingo: There are verification checks that are done
You: Are you able to advise me what these are?
Bingo: Please email Cashin@kingjackpot.co.uk on the matter they will assist you.
You: Thanks for your help
Bingo: It's my pleasure
Withdrawing
Once you have reached £20 you can withdraw fairly easy, your cash will then be sent to the card which you used initially to add funds to your account. However if you used a credit card due to MasterCard's current rules your winnings will not be able to be refunded back to your credit card you will need to provide Kingjackpot with another card to use. When I requested my £21 it taken 3 days to show back in my account and it's shown on my statement as Bluestone Interactive.
Now it appears my concern may have been covered here, as you will know I was concerned that Kingjackpot never done checks when using solo. Now I read on their site that when you have used a Master, Maestro, Solo, Switch or Visa card to add funds to their account may be required to provide evidence before the withdrawal will take place. If you're asked to provide evidence of your age - They would ask for either -
A copy of your card (Scanned and emailed to them)
A copy of your passport or driving licence (Scanned and email to them0
A utility bill reflecting the same address
If you can't scan these and email them you can also download the declaration form and send them copies that way.
If you're unable to send then copies of these requested documents you would not be able to withdraw your funds.
Personally I do not think that this is enough, I believe that Kingjackpot should be not be taking any funds from anyone unless there 100% cure there over 18. In my opinion it's not good enough just to check this after they have played and possibly even won cash.
Games and possible rewards
Obviously an online gambling site full of bingo rooms for you to spend your fortunes; the design and layout of the bingo rooms are actually decent. Easy to understand. I always spent the least on the bingo cards i.e. 5p card, sitting there listening to the numbers being called out just like when you're in the real bingo hall. The biggest difference is that there is not a good atmosphere and you do not need to dab your numbers. Anytime I have played bingo on this site the potential winnings have always been low, obviously this will increase and decreases depending on how many players are playing. I won a total of £21 whilst playing bingo on this site and I withdrawn it like lighting. There is also a chat facility in all the rooms that will allow you to interact with other users.
In addition to the bingo room Kingjackpot also have many other areas you can waste your money and that include in the Slot machines albeit you have many to choose from they all do the same thing and that is take your money. I did have a look at a few of them when I was a member of this site and to be honest the potential winnings where low. The majority of them cost 25p per shot. As well as slot machines you also have video poker on this site, I have never been in to that room nor have I ever played poker so I can't comment.
Closing your account
Now give the fact it taken me less than a minute to open the account, you would assume that you can close it just as easily. How wrong was I? I emailed the company as there site suggests and requested they close my account with immediate effect. I got an email saying sorry your thinking of leaving followed by another email saying "Please stay" and we will give you such an amount to spend. After receiving a total of 4 emails my account was eventually closed. I now receive regular email from this company well my junk box does.
anything else
There are still a few other features on this site which I feel the user should know about.
Photo gallery - an area that will allow you to view real pictures of your fellow players. To have your picture added you have to email the company.
Live help - 24hrs a day 365 days a year - Simple click of a button and you will have your very own little helper pop up before your very eyes. I have used it twice and yeah I think it has been helpful.
Daily Schedule - This is something I would definitely encourage all members to look at, if you're going to use this site you might as well use it when there are deals. I.e. buy 5 cards get 5 free etc. Please note these promotions are only available at certain times and usually when it's quiet which means you will win less.
Affiliates can earn up to 30% online commission -
You can become a captain by wagering £4000 or more in one month, if you successfully do this you will be giving better benefits which include 40% back on all deposits and your own contact manager, alleged better promotions
The company
Kingjackpot appear to be owned by Blue stone interactive. Typing bluestone in to Google just as I suspect up comes many bingo sites all owned by the same company all offering similar deals.

Final Thoughts
As a non gambler I would not recommend any sites what so ever for obvious reasons. However on the whole the website is bright, cheerful, and easy to follow and anytime I have been on it the site speed has been very good. I would like to see a few things changed about the site including the solo card situation but other than that I think this site is ok. I like the idea of live chat and the fact that you can interact with other members is an added bonus. For the new member this site is still offering the 100% match which means when you place £10 they give you £10 so if you're looking for a site which will give you a wee bit extra then this seems like the one.
*I emailed King regarding my concern on Monday and as yet I have had no reply.
Please gamble within your limits - Remember there is so much help available
