This site has been around for a very long time now and I have used them every time I've booked tickets for London theatre shows. They are unfailingly courteous and always ensure that I get the best seats currently available. But the real trick to getting the best value tickets that London has on offer is to join their mailing list. I've used london theatre direct for my school parties for the last 2 years. In that time, we've taken about 2000 kids (aged 11-18) on about 30 trips. I'm only compelled to write because we've received nothing but top-notch service from the company. When you buy group tickets, you can deal direct with the company and I've now used them dozens of times. They are UNFAILINGLY helpful and extremely nice people to do business with. Plus, they are about the cheapest out there for group tickets. I'm really surprised that Mr/Mrs Farrow had such bad service with these people. It's a shame if it's true.
