Advantages: incredible offers, last minute tickets and very friendly staff
Disadvantages: none i can think of
i thought i'd share my experiences with this company with you all.
a while back, my mother-in-law was diagnosed with a very serious illness. it was touch and go for a long time, but fortunately, she is now better and has pulled through.
for a good while, she didn't think she would, so she decided that she wanted to try and do as much as she could with the time she had left. one of those things was to go and see a big show in the west end.
anyway, to cut a long story short, the lovely staff as londontheatredirect.com were so kind and helpful when trying to get me tickets for billy elliot at short notice. especially as the show is almost always sold out. i had bought tickets with them before for the office outings and remembered them at a time of need. all i can say is that they did not let me down. they got us great seats and we also had a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant and the smile on my mum in law's face said it all.

As a few of you have asked, LondonTheatreDirect.com is an online ticket agent specialising in London theatre show tickets. They also package the theatre with nearby restaurants which make great tailored packages for a special occasion.
According to their site, they were set up in 1999 and are official agents of all London venues. They are also members of STAR which is an official body that only official agents are members of and it has strict guidelines regarding pricing and customer service.
LondonTheatreDirect.com also have more discounts and special offers than any other site that I know of. All these are listed on their homepage so it is easy to check what is on and what discounts are available.
As I have stated above, my experience with this firm has been exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
