Advantages: good number of dvd's, quick turnaround now, no trips to dvd rental shop

Yes this is a great company the turnaround time is good now, of course they have good days and bad days but don't we all.

I have had a few discs with scratches and one extra disc sent by mistake but then you can't complain about that.

I better explain how to get your dvd's to you quicker.

When I started using lovefilm the discs seemed to come in dribs and drabs.
But I started to notice that I always got two discs in the post and then a few days later the third.

Then I got an idea that it could be the postman / woman.

The envelopes are clearly marked lovefilm so the postmen know dvd's are in them so I thought if I was a dodgy postman what would I do maybe take them home open the envelope then watch the film and repost the disc back to the company.

So I decided when I send the next few discs back I would selotape the ends shut before sending and hay presto the turnaround time is now 3 days max.
