AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Bad customer services , scratched disks , i spent 4 weeks without receiveing a single DVD !!!!!
THey will take money from your account ( if the royal mail looses the DVD and this happens always you´ll be charged £20 per disc so your monthly bill can easily go up to £120 without anything you can do against it ...
I will fight them in court
There should be someone capable of closing that company
SPARE YOUR MONEY AND BUY YOURSELF 1 DVD A WEEK - it will be safer and cheaper!!!!

- 27/04/07 I had DVDs go missing during my free trial and when I called them to cancel the account before the trial ended I told them in no uncertain terms that I was not having them charge me for DVDs I didn't receive and therefore couldn't return on time before the end. They agreed to extend my trial by two weeks to cover the missing DVDs, they also said they were going to send me a form from the post office. The DVDs were stuck in the post for two weeks and I returned them without watching them (didn't even open the envelope - used and spare one) and the matter was closed.
I am sure it depends very much on how you approach the missing DVD issue with them and how you work with customer service at resolving the matter. |

- 27/04/07 I have used Lovefilm since it was DVDSonTAP and even ended up back with them since they started supplying Tesco. I have had 3 DVDs go missing in the post. If you report them correctly they do not charge you. Also if you didn't get any DVDs how did you know they were scratched? |
