Advantages: Good selection, fast, and cheap with good range of packages

Disadvantages: None really

Lovefilm is a internet online film service, like the idea of Blockbusters but a bit more easier than going to the shop as it is all online (although I know blockbusters have an online service now too).
At the moment they are offering a two week trial and you cancel at any time.

Packages that they offer include:
UNLIMITED PLANS:
1) 1 DVD at a time unlimited (just send it back and get another one)
£9.78 per month

2) 2 DVDS at a time £12.72 a month

3) 3 DVDs £15.65 a month

LIGHTER USE PLANS:
4) 2 DVDs at a time with a limit of 4 per mth £7.82 per month

5) 1 DVD at a time with a limit of 3 per month £5.87

6) 1 DVD at a time with a limit of 2 per month £3.91

They also offer a pay as you go system where you buy credits and spend them but you do not get to do the free trial with this option.

So depending on how much you watch films, there is a different package for you.

You go to http://www.lovefilm.com and sign up for free trial. The you must submit your email address and make a new password.
On the next page you tell them your postal details so they know where to send to.
You then must choose which package you are going to go for.
On the next page complete your card details.
Once you have done these 4 steps you are done and signed up (you may need to confim your email address)

You can browse the site using the categories, or if you have a film in mind simply type it into the search bar.
Also if you are not sure and need some ideas, they have a top 10 most popular and recomended film section with things like that to give you ideas. Also if you click on a film it tells you other films that are similar or that people also picked who liked the film you clicked on.
Sometimes there are trailers you can watch and there will be a category, reviews and rating of a film as well as a description.

Lovefilm also offer games, blu-ray and a few other misc rentals.
Overall I liked the website but found it hard to decide on what films i wanted to rent as im not really that much into films but didnt feel it had much to suggest to me.
I am subscribed to the lowest rate account at the moment but am overall pleased with the service and would recommend it,

They post the films pretty much the next day and you just put it in the pre payed envolope which comes with it with all the address on it already so you dont need to worry about that.
