not much to lose by having a look!

It would be fair to say that everybody loves a bargain, and even more so when something is free. But can you really get something for nothing? Well....kind of yes! One of my friends sent me an email with a link to the magicfreebiesuk page, which would have gone straight in my trash file if it wasnt for my mild curiosity as to whether i could indeed pick up a freebie. So i clicked and went to the page and was pleasantly suprised. You dont have to sign up as a member to access the site, you are free to browse the whole website and all its offers without the need to give an email or any other details. To receive the weekly newsletter detailing all the new(or continuing) offers on that week you will need to supply an email, but like i said thats optional and even then its literally only one email a week. I gave mine and havent got any spam filling up my inbox from them so thats no issue. The website is really easy to navigate around and isnt just filled with loads of ads or pop ups. It lists all the offers on that day clear to see and gives you the option to trawl through all the freebie archives as well (although beware that some of them are expired and/or no longer active). But what kind of things are on there i hear you ask? Well its quite a mixture of eveything really, including actual free samples of products, free sim cards for phones, money off food vouchers and links to pages listing magazines and their current free gifts. It also provides links to what supermarkets may be giving away on places like facebook etc, with the most current one being Tesco giving away free Galaxy chocolate bars if you like their page and request one on the page at a certain time. There are also details of free competitions to enter to win prizes. Today i received my free Taste Card that i requested through the post, which gives me 50% off the bill/2 for 1 meals in lots of resturaunts across the country just for presenting the card. Its a completely free no strings attatched 1 month trial card to use, which you can choose to buy for longer if it works for you. If nothing else, its half price food for a month so nothing lost there. In the past i have used the page to request free samples of lots of things, and because all the links are in the same place its easy to find whos giving what away and when. Tea bags, biscuits, shampoo, coffee and post it notes are all things that have popped through my letterbox after using the site so i cant really complain! All of these things on offer are simply in exchange for an email address (and obviously postal address if your requesting free samples or things that need to be sent to you) so if you dont mind the odd email from time to time then you havent got anything to lose by utilizing this site. And you can always usubscribe to any correspondence after you had made use of the 'freebie'. All in all i cant really say that much is wrong with this service. Its simply a website that collects eveything currently on offer from various companies/brands/shops and displays it in one place thats convenient for anyone on the hunt for a bargain. If you can put up with a couple of emails and the fact that there are sometimes a few irrelevant or useless 'freebies' on there then have a look! It wont cost you a penny to try it out :)

Mainly referral site freebies or old outdated freebies that've been about for years

This used to be a really good site for freebies with lots of new freebies everyday, but recently it just seems to be the same freebies churned out in a different order. I don't know how the owner of the site can claim 'there are at least 8 genuine freebies added everyday for UK users', I've checked and you're lucky if there's one new one and even luckier if it's not a referral site or a competition. I don't like referral sites as these usually end up with you receiving tons of spam / junk mail and I don't want my friends pestering just so I can get some token freebie. I do still visit the site once a month or so just incase there's something good I've missed out on elsewhere but have come to the conclusion there are much better freebie sites out there with upto date freebies not the old hat that's been knocking around for years..

        A gem of a website!

I found this site through moneysavingexpert and am thoroughly grateful to Martin Lewis for alerting me to this gem! Basically, this is a website which lists the best freebies found on the internet each day. You can sign up to receive a daily email which contains these freebies in them which is much easier then remembering to check the site everyday! Furthermore unlike other websites you won't receive spam from this site which is brilliant! I will admit sometimes I get an email and none of the freebies interest me, but this is to be expected as there are such a variety of freebies offered they will not necessarily suit everyone. To give you a feel of the types of freebies available, I will include some from the email I received today: free chanel sample mascara, free vaseline moisture lock cream, hugo boss perfume sample, free personalised special k slimming plan and free vodafone sim cards. As well as freebies the website also contains a few different sections such as money saving and money making. The money saving part includes information on price comparisons to save on groceries and utilities as well as information on cheap days out and restaurant vouchers. The money making section includes information on paid for surveys, free bets, internet cashback and how to sell old mobiles, cds and dvds. Overall I would give this website a 5/5 as it offers a good amount of freebies each day and the option to join the email list makes it even easier to select freebies! Although freebies sometimes run out by the time you go to claim them, this is not too common an occurrence, but if you do see a freebie you really want it's better trying to claim it asap! It's worth having a look at the website to see if the freebies interest you and if so then sign up!

The Best Freebie Mailer In the UK

What could be better than receiving free stuff through the door on a weekly basis?I'll tell you its receiving free stuff through the door on a DAILY basis. Unlike all the other reviewers for this product I didn't find Magicfreebiesuk.co.uk through moneysavingexpert.com. I'm a total nut when it comes to getting freebies so I usually sign up to every website that promises them .Not that the majority of them deliver anything more than a lot of unwanted spam mail.I can't begin to count the amount of spam I had filtered everyday until I came across * from now on I'll be calling them Magicfreebies. Its all a scam I hear you shout !Well it could have been but you know the old saying Don't ask, Don't get .. so I though why the hell not !and I am so so glad I did. MagicFreebies deliver an e-mail to you on a daily basis giving you the links to all the best freebies available on the web for that day, it could be anything, from a free games console when you purchase a phone , to perfume & pet food samples . The simplicity of the Magicfreebie site is that you no longer have to trawl through pages and pages of spam looking for a good bargain.Sometimes the freebies on offer are so popular they have all been claimed by the time you get to the link, but they usually open up again very fast, its always a good idea to keep the site in your favourites so you can go back and check. If they don't reopen them , you are always guaranteed there will be something on offer the following day from MagicFreebies. In the last month I have received ,Trees ( yes that's right I did say Trees, a Rowan and a Birch from velvet )Marinating sauces, Dog food, Dog Treats, Perfumes & Aftershave( Paco rabanne millions , which is totally gorgeous and I will be buying hubby the full version), Makeup, Budweiser pint glasses , 1 box of Hotel Chocolat Caramel Hearts via the Triumph site , 2 t-shirts and about ten orange sim cards with £5 free credit on them. Magicfreebies have their own facebook page too, and if you are a member of their site and post a photo of your freebies received to it , they send you a box of Thornton's chocolates.Wow ! I thought I would be receiving a small box with one or two Choccies in ,but NO they sent me a 525g box of Thornton's Chocolate Smothered Toffees...Delicious !! I look forward to my daily mail from MagicFreebiesuk.co.uk...You have to remember if you don't ever apply for freebies then you'll never receive them.give MagicFreebiesuk.co.uk a try .I defy you not to Love them too.

            Great site offering freebies

I'm sure the majority of people love to receive something for free and these days that doesn't happen very often! However, the following review will discuss a fantastic internet website that actually does give you products for free and there are absolutely no catches! I read about Magic Freebies on Martin Lewis' website and thought I'd see what all the fuss was about. I initially was a little sceptical as I thought it was a ploy to obtain my email address and bombard me with dozens of unwanted e-mails! The site updates on a daily basis (with the exception of weekends and Bank Holidays) and hosts a considerable amount of information and offers. As I was cautious about the reasoning behind the so-called "freebies" I only sent for one item and carefully kept an eye on my in-box expecting the worst! However, some two weeks later, my freebie of Dove body wash came through my letterbox and my in-box remained junk free! Consequently, I thought I'd try a few more. The website provides links for numerous products and services, eg open a bank account with a specific bank to earn £100 cashback, competitions, free mobile phone sims, free magazines, free sample perfumes and free beauty products from well-known companies such as Rimmel and Max Factor. Aswell as the freebies, there are sections on the site providing details on how to save money such as restaurant deals, vouchers and free tickets to shows. There are also tips on selling items and participating in on-line surveys where they provide you with a list of the best companies, together with the links in order for you to join. You can sign up to an e-mail alert whereby each time new items are added to the site you will receive an e-mail to advise you. I haven't signed up to this as new items are added every day so you just need to regularly look on the site and scroll through the list to see if there's anything that catches your eye. I initially started sending for freebies in January and so far have received a considerable amount of items such as:- · tea bags from Clipper and Red Bush · Colgate toothpaste · Dove body and handwashes · Nivea products · packets of vegetable seeds from the BBC · samples of various perfumes · Lenor Infusions Fabric Conditioner · Bold 2-in-1 washing powder · voucher for a free bar of Milka chocolate · full size bar of Thornton's chocolate · Bailey's Irish Cream · voucher for free ice creams at the Harvester · Babysham glasses. It's very easy to request your freebie as all you need to do is click the link on the Magic Freebie website and you will be taken to the manufacturer's website. You need to enter a few details such as your name, address and e-mail address and your freebie is on its' way. However, a few of the sites will not allow you to proceed unless you leave your landline number and it's at this point I cease with my application as I'm always dubious about giving out my phone number as I don't want to encourage unwanted calls! As a result of sending for these freebies I've never received any junk e-mails but if you're concerned I would suggest you create a separate e-mail address solely for your freebies. It takes a little while for you to start receiving them, but rarely a day goes by where I don't have something landing on my doormat! I think this site is a really clever idea of the manufacturers as whilst they're allowing you to try their products for free, they're hoping you'll buy the full size item. I would highly recommend this website and rate it with 5 dooyoo stars. I hope you found this review useful and would thank you for reading.

Great website for the occasional bargain

Magic Freebies is a website dedicated to providing you with discounts, vouchers and freebies for all manner of products and services. I was directed to this website via moneysavingexpert.co.uk and found it very easy to register. Once you do, you will receive a very useful daily email which outlines all of their current available freebies and discounts. The email will provide you with some of their top ideas for the day, a selection of restaurant vouchers and 8 new freebies that have been added to the website. The website itself is clear and not too confusing. I have found some similar websites to be very cluttered looking and full of adverts however magic freebies is a lot simpler. You can easily find the sections relating to money saving tips, new freebies that have been added, freebies available in the press and also an interesting section on how to make free donations to charity. I often visit the restaurant vouchers section as there can be some really good deals, although some of them apply to London only. The website lists all the current available offers from some popular restaurants including Ask, La Tasca, Pizza Hut, Pizza Express, Yates and Chiquitos. While a lot of the offers are one's that are widely available, it's still good to have a look through as there may have been some you were not aware of. The freebies side is also really useful. They provide you with a list of links that will take you to websites offering freebies, for example I recently clicked on the link for free Comfort fabric softner and it took me to their website, I registered my details and within a week I received 4 free pouches of one of their new ranges. I have also received free make up samples, shampoo, cinema tickets for a £1 and free Sim cards with £5 credit which my teenage brother finds really useful. The website will also point you in the direction of other non web based freebies, for example it will inform you that a daily newspaper is giving away free crisps or free make up when you buy a specific magazine. These are all really good tips that you might not have been previously aware of. Overall I think this is a really useful website. It may not allow you to live off of the freebies on offer but there are some really good opportunities to save a little cash or try some new products for free. The restaurant vouchers are also really handy if you are looking for a night out on a budget. The daily email is also really useful as you don't have to check the website all the time. The email gives you a concise overview of what is available that day and if something catches your eye then you can have a look at the website when you have the time. Simple! The only warning I have is, most of the freebies require you to enter some personal information which is not something some people are comfortable with. For that reason I would only choose the freebies you are really interested in and that way you are limiting the amount of information about yourself that is floating around cyberspace. Thanks for reading.

                Advantages

                Disadvantages

If you are trying to save money try this website

What is it? Magic freebies is website which lists, you guessed it, free things. These are usually samples of products, trials, competitions etc. The website is usally updated on a daily basis (the date of update is at the top of the page so it makes it really easy to see which offers are current) and the list provides a link to the relevant website and a brief description of what you get. Does it work? It must be noted that the items do not come from magicfreebies, this website meerly brings together lots of links to free things to save the average person the legwork of trying to google it. Occassionally you will sign up to recieve a free item and it won't turn up but this is not the fault of magic freebies and most of the free items I've signed up for/ordered have turned up, even if it has taken a while for some of them. Are the free products any good? We all want something for nothing and most of the time if it's free that probably means it isn't very good. Many of the free items listed I do just end up passing by and not bothering about as they don't seem that promising but some are really good. I've only been getting free stuff for about 3 months now and in that time I've had several lots of free teabags from different companies, free condoms, a colour catcher sample, dog food samples, a book, a waterproof book and most recently a diary. I've been very happy with all these things and to me it's definately been worth spending a couple of minutes each day to see what's on offer. Does the magicfreebies website do anything else? At the top of the webpage there are tabs linking to money saving and money making offers. This means you can browse through vouchers and codes for discounts and find sites for paid surveys and selling old unwanted items for spare cash (this is how I found out about music magpie). Conclusion: Of course you're not going to get huge amounts of free things, make lots of money or probably save alot of money through this website but when you're on a budget every little bit helps. Magicfreebies puts everything together in a concise manner so the average person doesn't have to spend hours trawling through the internet for deals.

                  Advantages

                  Disadvantages

You have nothing to lose and a few saved pennies to gain

I cannot remember how I came across Magic Freebies, but I cannot say I held out much hope in getting anything worthwhile, being a believer in the adage you get nothing for nothing in this world. But I checked out the site and signed up for their daily e mail. It takes only a few seconds to check out on the e mail what the new freebies are, as they are listed neatly together as one liners. If there is anything you are interested in then enter the site and click on the links for the items that interest you. Then you just fill in your details and the sample will be on it's way. I don't find that giving my e mail has resulted in unwanted e mails, the only time I did get a follow up, I just clicked on unsubscribe. There will be the odd occasion that you are not able to get the sample as the company have limited the issue to say 10,000 and you are too late. I can only talk of the freebies I have signed up for, but they have all but one been fun to receive in the post- small bottles of shower gel, sachets of body lotion, a few tea bags. The only one I wouldn't have bothered with had I known was the perfume sample, which turned out to be one of the cards that the girls on the perfume counters hand out. I don't deny that it is preferable to receive something interesting in the post, rather than the normal bills and junk mail. On average I would say there was five free samples a week that I send for- which takes all of 2 minutes a day- so it's a bit of fun.

                    Disadvantages

A great site to check everyday for up-to-date freebies!

MagicFreebiesUK is a website devoted to providing news of the availability of free samples, free services, free software, online coupons and competitions. I have been using it for a couple of weeks, and have already received several nice gifts and am awaiting several more. Unlike most websites of this kind, it is clearly presented and free of advertising. It works almost like a blog, with each new freebie added both to the front page and to a directory where it can be searched for by category later. (The only problem with this is that many offers that have been in the directory for a while have expired) The site seems almost universally trustworthy, though I am a little dubious about some of the money-making survey sites it recommends. Use your own judgment on these. If you check this site each day, you will start receiving nice free gifts very soon, and because it is kept up to date so well, you will usually find yourself first in line for limited edition freebies as well. The site also has sections devoted to other ways of making money online and price comparison, though I would recommend using moneysavingexpert for the former as it is far more stringent about the trustworthiness of such sites. There are also links to other (mostly inferior but there are some nice surprises) freebie sites to explore.

It is by far the best UK freebie site around at the moment

Magicfreebies UK is the only UK freebie website i have found to date that updates its website regularly with genuine freebies, no spam. The positives of this website out-weigh the negatives comfortably. Firstly, the website is updated usually 5 times a week with 8 new genuine freebies each day. Secondly, the variety of freebies is amazing, the website tells you about great survey sites, quick and easy freebies, freebies that require a bit of time and free money to use on bingo or scratch card sites for example. Thirdly, the site owner offers a great prize(s) each month to a lucky magicfreebies user through their competition. Fourthly, the site doesn't just advertise freebies to you, it gives you freebie advice about contacting companies if you feel your not getting enough freebies etc. as well as giving you money saving/making advice. However there is a disappointing point to note. The site is not updated on weekends, which is a bit unfortunate but i guess the site owner does have to have time off, and with the terrific work they do during the week, they deserve it!

I enjoy Magicfreebies and love seeing what new freebies are added.

I have been using magic freebies for over 3 years and i am really glad i found Magicfreebiesuk , i love sitting there refreshing my e-mail in box to find the latest newsletter of the 8 new freebies added to the website. Anything from Perfume samples , Sim Cards , to Computer goodies, I can not believe how many Free samples and products you can get for free with free postage too!. The website owner regularly runs his own competitions on the website too , which is a nice treat. I Get something through the post everyday thanks to magicfreebiesuk. The website is split into sections , baby freebies , perfume freebies , miscellaneous freebies etc , so its a great way to navigate if your looking for specific freebies for your need which is ideal for my own use. When 8 Freebies are added to the homepage , i have noticed that around 3 or 4 are not actual freebies that arrive , there affiliate links that earn the website owner a little cash.

                        Disadvantages

It gives you list with links to available freebies in UK

Magic Freebies covers most freebies available daily in UK in various categories: beauty samples, SIM cards, children products-toys, software and goes on and on. I had registered in a few freebie web sites before joining Magic Freebies and really felt the difference. I compared the e-mail updates that I received from the other web sites with those received from Magic Freebies for several weeks and I eventually concluded that there wasn't one single freebie that the other sites would let me know about and wouldn't be also included in the Magic Freebies' daily update newsletter. Furthermore, Magic Freebies is updated daily (very rarely they miss a day) and almost every day there is at least one new freebie. So, it only made sense to me to unsubscribe from all other sites offering the same service and only use Magic Freebies at the moment. Definitely reccomend joining it. Membership is completely free and the feeling of the site is also very direct and friendly. Only negative that I could think of: a very few times the instuctions given about how to get the specific freebie were insufficient or wrong.

                          Disadvantages

A good site for those freebie gems :D

Yesterday. Imagine it's early in the morning and I've a few minutes before I start work. I trawl the web and find a link. One click later and I'm mooching around yet another freebie site but this one quite takes my fancy. This site (unlike a couple I could mention) is updated every day. To be fair the selection seems to be pretty good although for now I've just sent off for the Smirnoff Ice freebies. Whilst you're probably not going to be alerted of a free car giveaway you can get all sorts of little knick knacks coming through your door if you use this regularly. As with all these sort of sites some form of disgression is definitely in order. Personally I always steer clear of sites asking for your phone number and I'm very skeptical of sites saying 'claim a free ps3 or wii, etc'. Also it might be an idea to set up a separate e-mail address as you will most certainly be hit by e-mails from your freebie supplier. Also a few freebies will not turn up. Clearly sometimes the vendor isn't going to expect a sudden cavalcade of requests and stock can go very swift indeed thanks to sites such as these! My philosophy with sites like this is to ask and then forget all about it. That way you can get a nice surprise somewhere down the line! I also tend to order only freebies that I want. Two reasons. One is to ensure that I don't get innundated with junk and two I'd be depriving someone who may genuinely want that freebie. There is an archive section where you can look back for free stuff and several useful buttons across the top offering voucher codes, money advice and some links. It gets a thumbs up from me and is firmly ensconced in my faves :D

                            Fantastic freebies!

I always like to get something for nothing which is the reason why I like the magicfreebiesuk website so much. This is a brilliant site for pointing you in the right direction in order to apply for all sorts of freebies. I have been a regular visitor to this site for a couple of years now and I have lost count of the little odds and ends I have received through clicking on the links. It's a well organised and attractive site which is easy to navigate. Every day at least eight new freebies are added although some of these do seem to be on a bit of a loop. How it works is that with any of the freebies described there is a link to click on and that takes you to the site where the freebie is available. It is not the magicfreebiesuk site itself that is providing the freebies. Looking at the site today the new freebies added are: 4 free Orangs SIMS each with £5 credit. These are definitely worth applying for if you have or know people with pay as you go phones. 4 free DVDs Free Magic the Gathering starter set Free stuff from Coke Free exclusive tickets to the screening of Taken Free Poopac for dogs worth £4.99 Free chart CD album Free Eukanuba puppy pack and so the list goes on.... As you can see there is quite a variety ans although not everything will appeal to you, some things certainly will. If you miss looking at the site on any day all the offers are archived so it is very easy to quickly check on what you have missed. If you sign up to the newsletter though you will get a daily email which tells you of all the latest things that have been added. and you can click on a direct link to the site. The guy who runs the site seems to have genuinely received a lot of the offers he writes about and gives a good angle on how easy it is to apply for things. There are also competitions on the site where usually you have the chance to win DVDs. This is generally for just submitting a few details but unfortunately I have never won anything yet. One aspect of the site that I really like is that while you are taking a look for any freebies you can also do a bit of good for charity by clicking on the daily donations. There are a number of these including the hunger site where by clicking you donate 1.1 cups of staple food for those in need, the literacy site where you click to help buy books for kids who don't have the money to buy themselves and the breast cancer site where you click to fund free mammograms. This is such an easy way of helping others and it hardly takes any time at all! There are also links to money making and saving sites - for example there is a page which leads you to most of the best cashback and survey sites. Overall this is very full and busy site and the best thing is that someone else has done all the hard work of finding all the free offers and put them all in one place. It's definitely worth a daily visit and if you start sending off for the freebies you want, it won't be long before the postman will be bringing lots of exciting little packages. I've had free bags, shampoo, washing products and best of all - chocolate! It's fun and it's free!

                              Disadvantages

Great site for anyone in the UK looking to find some free samples

Seeing as the internet has a lot of information on offer and me being constantly on the look-out for more bargains and freebies I stumbled upon this little gem of a website after browsing a few forums dedicated to free things! Upon the site loading you notice that there are 3 main columns, the left being dedicated to Daily Donations where your clicks or searches on various charity websites help pay for a cup of food for the hungry, saves a square metre of the Amazon forest or even just aids in donating a few pennies to charities like NSPCC. Above this is the general Competition Time section where the site is currently offering a brand new Chocolate Fountain for just a few questions related to your use of MagicFreebiesUK's website. Within this particular column you also have little short reviews of the website by users, these are all laudative and you get a very positive image of the website (especially if you are new to it!). The main section is where all the freebies are to be found, updated on a daily basis there are usually around 15-16 offers, 8 of which are confirmed as being brand new every day. These usually range from free sim cards (which in my opinion is the most popular and evident freebie on the site) as well as magazines, vouchers, mobile ringtones, make-up, sanitary products, food samples and even free dvd's. Of course these offers are not completely free and do involve you having to sign up to a particular website and give them your postal details (so they can send the items out to you). In the past I have had countless amounts of free sims ranging from O2 to Virgin Mobile as well as free magazines just for ringing up and quoting a reference number. If you have your own business then it is worth checking out this site as there are often offers for free envelope samples (which are great for eBayers) or even a free 30day trial of a franking machine with £20 worth of postage included. Not only does this site offer great freebies without you having to struggle to find them online yourself but it actually has it's own Archive page where you can look at freebies from the past month. This is great if you have missed out on a few days and want to double check that you didn't miss out on another 4 sims to add to your ever expanding collection!! The final section is at the far right column where you have the Most Popular Freebie and below that you have a number of various competitions to enter if you wish. The great thing about these competitions is often you have the competition listing and link on the site as well as the correct answer which saves you a bit of time googling on the net. The site is very easy to navigate and loads quite quickly considering how many offers it holds, it has a blue banner at the top of the site with the name MagicFreebiesUK in white and black font. Underneath the banner is a plain white background which is great as the font regarding the freebies is eye catching and easy to read agaisnt the backdrop. There are several sub-sections under the site name and these are Archive (as explained), Others (Reward Programs/ Free Money/ Daily Offers), Advice (on how to win competitions etc), Links (to other freebie sites), Contact, Bookmark and Mailing List (where you can register with the site and receive a daily email informing you of the days offers. The great thing about this site is that it is not just limited to freebies but also gives out advice to budding internet money-makers about how to win competitions, where to find the best reward/cashback sites and general freebie advice like how to blag more products from companies. I like the clean cut design of the site, and I feel that every is well spaced and not cluttered. There are seperate sections for separate freebie offers (Pets, Food & Drink etc). It just proves that the site focuses more on you using it and accessing the offers rather than being over-run by adverts and pop-ups which makes a nice change. All in all I would definately recommend MagicFreebiesUK to anyone in the UK looking for some free items and samples as well as learning about how to make money online. Check it out when you get time!
