Newest Review: ... see how many exactly in the job listings), but don't let that deter you of course - if you're good and experienced enough then you'll come across the job for you eventually. The jobs listed usually just contain a small job description and contact details for where to send your cover letter and CV, but there are better websites out there to look for this kind of work...the BBC website is one that instantly springs to mind for BBC jobs, but expect a long-winded application process, and productionbase.co.uk is good for TV work, however that is a subscription based website so be wary of that. The news feed section of the site gives industry ne... more

Anyone looking for a job in the media, or even an insight into the big wide world of it, could do much worse than look here to begin with - mediauk.com. Operating since 1994, it lists current available jobs in radio, tv and print media, recent news articles on all these forms of media and a discussion board. Now being a graduate in a degree of this field of work, the jobs board has been an interest to me for quite a while...but don't expect to find work instantly. Anything but. Copious numbers of people view these adverts (you can see how many exactly in the job listings), but don't let that deter you of course - if you're good and experienced enough then ...  Read the complete review

Crowned Review Dooyoo need any media links? (641 words)

They have deep-links, which means that you can go (for example) direct to the sport section of any newspaper - or even get an index of all the sports sections. In the television section, there's useful features about tv - including featured on digital television, for example - and there's complete programme schedules online in the directory. The magazine section links to many cheap subscription deals, and the radio section includes links to presenters, ex-presenters, and ...  Read the complete review

This site is amazing, the informatiom available is so diverse, I don't know how I'm going to be able to tell you about it all.But here goes! The website is basically split into four areas - TV - Radio -Newspapers - Magazines. I'll tell you a little about some of the things each section has to offer. TV - As well as giving a comprehensive programme listing for terrestrial, digital satellite, and cable channels , there are links to the latest news as it is happening. There is also a section covering media news - one current story covers a new quiz show being launched by the same makers as "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" which won't ...  Read the complete review
