This review systematically explains why Milk & More is unable to rectify any problem with its delivery service. The result is that milkmen are given a bad name, and customer time is wasted. Tesco have solved these problems, and thus they offer a better alternative.
Milk and More is an online service that dispatches orders to a milk depot in your area. Based on your settings they send an email to the depot to fill your request. The emails are never confirmed. So, you may find that you will be billed, but never have had your milk delivered. In this case, it is up to you to phone the service and request an investigation. I did this, and the complaint was listened to with kindness. Unfortunately, the customer care folk are stringing you along. They can't do anything other than check with the depot. That check is very difficult. By the time you call, the depot is closed. Even if the depot is open, they have to find the specific milkman to figure out the problem. In my case, that milkman said he had delivered. But he hadn't, because the milk never, ever showed up. Or did he? I phoned the depot directly, and I spoke to a personal friend. They said the email to deliver had never shown up.
The solution to the problem is have some means for the milkman to confirm delivery e.g. a route map, but Milk and More can't do that because of their system. On the other hand, Tesco do. So I've switched to a weekly delivery, and piggy backed all my groceries on the order.
In case you're wondering, over the course of 2 months, we called 10 times to try to have the no delivery problem solved. I worked hard to make customer service to take the problem seriously, but it just did not work out.
Summary: Use Tesco's online service instead
