No Milk Today

We really, really tried ... to get rid of all these plastic milk containers we use in our little office ... to order organic milk from the "local milkman" in glass bottles instead ... to talk to the "service centre" of milk and more a few times after the first delivery hasn't arrived ... to talk to the "service centre" again a few times after the second delivery hasn't arrived ... to talk to a supervisor from the "service centre" after the third delivery hasn't arrived ... and today, after the fourth time, we cancelled our contract.
How ignorant can a company be with new customers? It's unbelievable... unbelievable like the fact, that the "local milk man" actually runs a call centre on the Philippines!!! This is most likely the reason behind all the problems we had.
This whole experience has been very disillusioning; we will continue buying milk from the local Supermarket.
Summary: Total desaster
