The Moneyextra site has been around in one form or another for a number of years now, and it's one of the few that has consitently been of a high standard. The site is effectively a financial product database dressed up with news and feature links. You know, the Internet's a wonderful thing? It's such a massive resource available to young and old alike. Of course, yer young 'uns are more likely to be playing Frogger or something rather than looking at personal finance websites. I've been using the Moneyworld site ever since I got back into investing in the stock market last year. It has one of the most active Bulletin Boards around - with all kinds of news/tips etc, plus the usual rubbish you get everywhere. It may be worth sorting the 'wheat from the chaff' as several of the posters are well informed. In addition they have an excellent portfolio too - keeping tracking of your investment, both stocks and shares as well as other investments (cash, bank accounts, building socs etc).
