Money Saving Expert is a website which offers useful advice on every financial aspect from how to up your income to saving on car insurance to recycle your old mobile phone. The Money Saving Expert (aka MSE) was set up journalist Martin Lewis to help consumers get revenge on companies.

The website is funded by some affliates whenever you click on a link it provides the site with some funding. However all advice is unbiased and there are no advertising on this site, it is virtually ad free.

There is also a forum so if you have a question about anything you just have to ask it on a thread when you sign up for the forum, my advice is to do a search first because the question has ptobably been asked before.

You can also sign up for Martins weekly emails which is sent on a Wednesday with tips for Money Saving. Another word of advice if there is a suggestion you need to follow it up quick as some suggestions can expire quite quickly.

On a personal level this website has saved my sanity there are loads of really lovely people on the forums. I have saved so much money by following Martins advice on his weekly emails. I would really recommend this to anyone who would listen. I have also found that being MSE is a new way of life.
